Let Villa Corona cater your next event! All entrees include rice, beans and totillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.

There is a 25 person minimum on all orders. Prices include drop-off and pick-up catering only. All rates include paper plates and plastic utensils. Chafing dishes available for rent. Sales tax is not included in stated prices and is additional.

All quotes are based on guest count given at time of booking. If guest count changes, the event will be re-quoted based on the most recent guest count. FINAL GUEST COUNT IS REQUIRED 10 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

The quantity of food provided is based on portions per person and is not unlimited. If you would like your guests to have extra portions or double portions, it is recommended that you order food for additional guests.

DEPOSIT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

FINAL PAYMENT: Payment is due in full on or before the date of the event. For weddings, the balance is due 10 days prior to the wedding date. We accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard.

Camarones a la Diabla
Prawns sauteed in a spicy butter sauce.

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
Prawns sauteed in garlic butter.

Carnitas
Slow-roasted pork. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.
Chile Colorado
Pork cooked in spicy chile de arbol sauce. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Chile Relleno
An Anaheim pepper stuffed with jack cheese, dipped in an egg batter, topped with homemade sauce. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Chile Verde
Pork or chicken cooked in spicy tomatillo sauce. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Enchiladas
Pork, chicken, ground beef or cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla, topped with red or green sauce and melted jack cheese. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.
Gaviotas
Flour tortilla enchiladas filled with prawns (sauteed in garlic butter, tomatoes and onions) topped with a tomatillo sauce and melted jack cheese.
Mole
Tender pieces of chicken topped with a sweet, rich, chocolate/chile sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

Tacos
Build your own taco! Choice of two meats served with soft and hard shell tortillas, lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream.

Tamales
Cornmeal filled with your choice of pork or chicken, served with red or green sauce. All entrées include rice, beans and tortillas, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Black Bean Flautas
Crispy flour tortillas filled with black beans, topped with sour cream, guacamole and salsa picada.
Mini Flautas
Crispy corn tortillas filled with carnitas or chicken, topped with sour cream, guacamole and cheese.

Mini Sopitos
Crispy corn disc topped with chicken, beef or pork, cheese and sour cream.
Mini Tamale Spinach and Mushroom
Cornmeal, spinach and mushrooms tamales topped with tomatillo sauce, sour cream and cheese.

Tortugas
Grilled veggies and jack cheese wrapped in a crispy flour tortilla, topped with sauce.
Tostadas de Carnitas
Slow-roasted pork tostadas topped with lettuce, cilantro, onion and chile-mustard vinaigrette.
Tostadas de Ceviche
White fish tostadas with chopped onions, serrano chile, cilantro, tomatoes and lime juice.

Marbella
Romaine lettuce, crab meat, cantelope, pineapple, apple, avocado, prawns served with salsa rosa dressing.
Nopales
Sliced cactus, tomato, onion, cilantro, serrano chile, oregano and salt to taste.

Primavera
Romaine lettuce, apple, cantaloupe, corn, sunflower seeds, cucumber, shredded carrot and avocado dressed in house vinaigrette.
San Miguel
